Søren Jacob Lauritsen

My work interests lies with Microsoft products, Windows, Windows Server Platform, .NET Framework (ASP.NET) and web development in general. I also having some fun with mobile development for Windows Phone 7.

In my spare time I tend to like lots of stuff, including model rail road. :-) Besides that I like music and all sorts of fun with programming and other geeky stuff. ;-)

Where are Windows Server 2008 Policy Definition Files Located?

A policy definition file is located in the SYSVOL folder. Simply place the file in:

\\<domain>\SYSVOL\<domain>\Policies\PolicyDefinitions

Simple as that. Remember to restart your Group Policy Management Console.
